By Road:

  • Cross on BC Ferries from Vancouver at either Tsawwassen or Horseshoe Bay to Nanaimo on Vancouver Island.
  • Travel north on Hwy 19 or 19A (the scenic coastal route) to Campbell River: From Campbell River, drive north on Hwy 19  to Woss (19 & 19A converge in Campbell RIver)
  • 21 km past Woss, turn left off Hwy19 to Zeballos and follow signs to Fair Harbour
  • From Fair Habour it's a 30 minute boat ride to Slam Bang Lodge on Union Island. Absolute Paradise!
  • We will pick you up by boat - please make prior arrangments!)
  • From Nanaimo to Fair Harbour is a 4 hr drive.
  • From Campbell River to Gold River 1 hr drive.

By Air:

  • Commercial Airline: Fly to Vancouver, Victoria, Nanaimo, Comox or Campbell River, rent a vehicle and drive to Fair Harbour for pick-up by boat
  • Float Plane: Charter a float plane and land directly in front of the Lodge.
  • Charter Flight: Float plane from Gold River to Slam Bang Fishing (25 min)
